Join a dynamic environmental health team on an interim basis, delivering essential services to protect public health through effective food safety and environmental regulation.

Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations of food premises to ensure compliance with food safety legislation and promote best hygiene practices.

Provide expert advice, support, and enforcement action relating to food safety, health and safety, and environmental protection in line with statutory requirements.

Respond to and investigate food safety complaints, outbreaks, and incidents, working collaboratively with businesses, other regulatory agencies, and the public.

Support the delivery of food safety education and training initiatives to businesses and community groups to raise awareness and improve standards.
