United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking qualified and experienced Band 6 and Band 7 Physiotherapists to join the adult inpatient and community teams. These roles provide the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy across acute and general medical settings, supporting recovery, independence, and safe discharge within a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Undertake physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for adult inpatients with a range of acute and general medical conditions.

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and support effective discharge planning.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment pathways and rehabilitation programmes.

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship (Band 7) or guidance and support (Band 6) to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.

  • Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance clinical standards.

  • Engage in continuing professional development and reflective practice to maintain and advance specialist knowledge and clinical expertise.
