Deliver statutory social work services for North East Lincolnshire Council, supporting adults with care and support needs in line with the Care Act 2014.

Carry out strengths-based assessments and reviews, developing person-centred care plans that promote independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Manage a varied caseload, including older adults, people with physical or learning disabilities, and individuals with mental health conditions.

Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, working collaboratively with partner agencies to assess and mitigate risks effectively.

Apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in practice, including capacity assessments, best interest decisions, and contributing to legal proceedings when required.

Maintain accurate case records, participate in regular supervision, and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, ethical practice.
