Deliver high-quality assessments and timely decision-making to ensure the immediate safety and wellbeing of children at risk.

Manage complex and high-risk cases, including child protection investigations and emergency placements, working under pressure to deliver effective outcomes.

Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners including police, health, and education to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses and effective information sharing.

Support families through early intervention, promoting resilience and working to prevent escalation to longer-term statutory involvement.
