- Job details: The successful candidate will support the provision of a specialist clinical pharmacy service for both mental health and community mental health services. Including clinical verification of prescription charts, prescribing advice, medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge and patient counselling. Ideally the post holder will have experience of working with patients who have a diagnosis of mental ill health whether that be within a specialist mental health service environment or more broadly within previous roles.
