View JobWard Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent nursing care for patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Accurately document patient care in accordance with clinical governance guidelines.
- Regularly assess, monitor, and respond to the needs of patients in a timely manner.
- Help with the coordination of discharge planning and follow-up care for patients.
Location:
Blackpool, North West England
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment is essential.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills.
