Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of children in need, children subject to child protection plans, and children in care.

Complete timely and robust assessments under the Framework for Assessment of Children in Need and their Families.

Develop and implement effective care plans to promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
-
Undertake direct work with children and families to reduce risk and strengthen family relationships.
-
Work collaboratively with partner agencies and attend multi-agency meetings, including conferences and reviews.
-
Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for court proceedings, child protection conferences, and Looked After Children reviews.
