View JobAs a Physiotherapist with Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, working with adults across inpatient, community and acute settings, you will provide physiotherapy services only within general medicine. Operating at Band 6, you will deliver tailored interventions to support recovery and independence, acting as a Best Interest Assessor where required, and collaborating closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adults in inpatient, community and acute settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised physiotherapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Act as a Best Interest Assessor when required.

Deliver physiotherapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
