About You:

  • Hold a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, PGC, CQSW, DipSW)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Completed your ASYE
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and prepare SMART plans
  • Work directly with children and young people to understand their lived experiences
  • Use the Signs of Safety practice model in interventions
  • Prepare reports for Child Protection Conferences, court proceedings, and other statutory meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date records in line with GDPR
