Job Details:
Qualified and experienced Band 5 ACT-accredited Pharmacy Technician required to support medication management services at Isle of Man (DMS) Hospital.
Key Duties:

Verify dispensed medications to ensure accuracy and safety.

Support the delivery of Medication Management Therapy (MMT).

Provide patient counselling and advice on safe use of medicines.

Assist pharmacists and the wider healthcare team in day-to-day operations.
Skills/Experience:
-
Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification essential.

Band 5 NHS experience desirable.

Strong knowledge of medication management and patient safety processes.

Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
