Fulfil statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, including completing assessments, child protection work, care planning, and contributing to court proceedings.

Manage a varied caseload using a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and child-centred approach, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

Ensure the voice of the child is central to all interventions, planning, and decision-making, with a focus on achieving the best possible long-term outcomes.

Work collaboratively with partners in health, education, police, and the voluntary sector to deliver integrated, multi-agency support for children and families.
