In this role, you will help transform data into meaningful intelligence that drives informed decision-making and enhances service delivery across the city. If you have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and public sector experience, this opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact in a vibrant city.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and deliver business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement and strategic planning.
Work closely with council departments and stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate these into actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
