Operating at Band 6, you will deliver tailored interventions to support recovery, maximise independence and improve patient outcomes, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with respiratory needs.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Deliver occupational therapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
