Provide specialist occupational therapy interventions for patients with neurological conditions within the Acute Stroke Team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.

Work as an autonomous practitioner under the supervision of a Band 7 OT, delivering rehabilitation across Croydon University Hospital, Broad Green Centre, patients’ homes, and other community settings.

Support patients to achieve their full potential through individually tailored OT programmes focused on functional independence and recovery.

Collaborate with the Integrated Neurology Team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care across acute and community services.

Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of therapy interventions using clinical reasoning and recognised outcome measures.

Locum Band 6 role, 4-month maternity cover starting early February, full-time, with supervision from senior OT staff.
