View JobAs an Occupational Therapist with Chase Farm Hospital, working with adults across inpatient, community and acute settings, you will provide occupational therapy services only, including support for mental health. Operating at Band 6, you will deliver tailored, person-centred interventions that promote recovery and independence, collaborating closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in inpatient, community and acute settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Provide occupational therapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
