View JobAs a Physiotherapist with Barts Health NHS Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults across inpatient, community and acute settings within general medicine and respiratory services. You will act as a Best Interest Assessor and work closely with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to support recovery, improve functional outcomes and promote independence. Band 7 responsibilities include leadership, supervision of junior staff, and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adults in inpatient, community and acute settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised treatment programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Act as a Best Interest Assessor, providing expert guidance in complex decision-making.

Collaborate with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.

At Band 7, provide leadership, supervision and mentoring while contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
