Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the service area, aligning with the council’s strategic objectives and priorities
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery while maintaining high standards of performance
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community groups, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Service Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of service improvement plans, promoting continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
