Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for community-based adults

Recommend and facilitate equipment, telecare solutions, and housing adaptations to support safe and independent living

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
-
Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes

Contribute to service development initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff where required
