As an Occupational Therapist with the London Borough of Lambeth Council, you will work with adults in community settings to deliver specialist assessment and interventions. You will use your professional expertise to promote independence, support daily living and improve overall quality of life.

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults within community settings.

Develop and implement personalised intervention plans to meet individual needs.

Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Recommend and arrange equipment or adaptations to support independence and safety.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and council standards.

Contribute to service development, best practice initiatives and multidisciplinary team objectives.
