Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) in line with statutory requirements.

Provide OT-only interventions for adults in inpatient general medicine.

Assess functional abilities and develop person-centred care plans.

Recommend and implement equipment and adaptations to support daily living and independence.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and professional growth.
