Key Responsibilities:

- Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote the health, education, and emotional well-being of children in care.
- Support and Advocacy: Provide ongoing support and advocacy for looked after children, ensuring their rights are upheld and their needs are met.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work collaboratively with foster carers, schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to deliver coordinated and effective support for children.
