Lead and manage occupational therapy services, including oversight of inpatient and general medicine provision.

Contribute to and oversee Best Interest Assessments (BIA), ensuring ethical, patient-centred, and legally compliant decision-making.

Develop and implement strategies for telecare, equipment, and adaptations to promote independence and safety.

Supervise, mentor, and support occupational therapy staff, assistants, and students.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and discharge planning.
