Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs

Develop and implement personalised intervention plans to enhance functional independence

Provide expert advice on housing adaptations and equipment to support safe living

Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Support service development, mentoring, and leadership within the OT team

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and local authority standards
