Key Responsibilities:

Chair statutory review meetings for looked-after children to ensure care plans meet their needs.

Monitor and track progress of care plans and ensure timely and appropriate interventions.

Advocate for children’s rights and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes.

Liaise with social workers, carers, families, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.

Maintain detailed records and produce reports to support safeguarding and quality assurance.
