View JobEast London Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate and skilled Locum Qualified Social Worker to join their Adult Mental Health team. This role involves providing statutory social work assessments, care planning, and safeguarding for adults experiencing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statutory mental health assessments under the Mental Health Act and Care Act
-
Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with service users and multi-disciplinary teams
-
Manage safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments for vulnerable adults
-
Attend multi-agency meetings, tribunals, and case conferences as required
-
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely case records and reports
-
Provide support and advice to service users and their families
Requirements:
-
SWE registration
-
Experience in adult mental health statutory social work
-
Knowledge of Mental Health Act, Care Act, and safeguarding adult procedures
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
