We are looking for a patient, resilient, and caring individual to join our team as an Adolescent Carer. This role supports young people aged 11–18 who may be experiencing emotional or behavioural challenges, have been in care, or are at risk of exploitation or family breakdown. No formal qualifications are required—just a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable adolescents through daily care, mentoring, and structured routines.
Key Responsibilities:

Support young people with daily living tasks, including meals, routines, and attending education or appointments.

Build trusting relationships to help adolescents feel safe, valued, and understood.

Provide emotional support and model positive behaviour, boundaries, and communication.

Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, nurturing environment and report concerns to senior staff or safeguarding leads.
