Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.

Contribute to Best Interest Assessments (BIA), ensuring decisions are patient-centred, ethical, and legally compliant.

Develop and implement individualised intervention plans to promote safe mobility and daily living.

Provide expert advice on equipment and adaptations to enhance patient independence and wellbeing.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance occupational therapy provision.
