This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults within the community. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide comprehensive safeguarding services, addressing complex needs and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of adults at risk to identify their needs and develop appropriate safeguarding plans.
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of safeguarding cases, ensuring timely interventions and ongoing support.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with health professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding efforts and share relevant information.
- Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and best interests of vulnerable adults, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all safeguarding processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all safeguarding activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
