View JobTower Hamlets Council is looking for an experienced and dynamic Qualified Social Worker to join our fast-paced Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). This is a critical frontline role, ideal for professionals with strong analytical and decision-making skills, who are passionate about early intervention and safeguarding children at risk.
Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assess referrals from various sources including police, health, and education professionals.

Make timely, evidence-based decisions regarding thresholds for statutory intervention.

Work closely with multi-agency partners to gather information and provide a holistic assessment of risk.

Ensure clear, accurate recording of all cases and recommendations in line with safeguarding protocols.

Participate in strategy discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of MASH processes.
