Assist in conducting Best Interest Assessments to support patient care planning.

Support occupational therapists in delivering personalised intervention plans to adult inpatients.

Collaborate with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with council and professional standards.

Provide practical support and guidance to patients to enhance daily living skills and occupational engagement.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the occupational therapy team.
