Undertake statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, including child protection investigations, assessments, care planning, and court work.

Manage a diverse caseload using a child-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, ensuring positive outcomes and long-term stability for children.

Place the voice of the child at the heart of practice, ensuring their wishes, feelings, and lived experience shape all planning and decision-making.
