Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014 to investigate and address concerns.

Assess risks and needs, developing protection plans in collaboration with individuals and multi-agency partners.

Provide advice, support, and advocacy to vulnerable adults and their families.

Work closely with health, police, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding responses.

Maintain thorough records and contribute to quality assurance and safeguarding audits.
