Carry out statutory assessments, child protection investigations, and care planning under the Children Act 1989, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Manage a varied caseload, including children in need, those subject to child protection plans, and looked after children, with a clear focus on positive change and permanency.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with children and families using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to promote stability and resilience.

Work in partnership with education, health, and other agencies to deliver coordinated, multi-agency support plans tailored to individual needs.
