Undertake statutory social work under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding frameworks, promoting person-centred and strengths-based practice.

Manage a complex and varied caseload, including risk assessments, support planning, safeguarding enquiries, and Mental Capacity assessments.

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with health professionals, families, advocates, and community partners to deliver coordinated care.
