Carry out statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, including assessments, care and support planning, safeguarding enquiries, and Mental Capacity Act responsibilities.

Manage a varied caseload, supporting older adults, individuals with physical and learning disabilities, and those experiencing mental ill-health.
