Key Responsibilities:

Undertake statutory assessments of children and families in line with the Children Act 1989.

Make informed decisions regarding safeguarding and child protection concerns.

Develop and implement care plans that address identified needs and risks.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to coordinate support services.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for conferences, reviews, and court as required.
