View JobAs a Speech and Language Therapist with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, working in community settings, you will deliver speech and language therapy across clinics, nurseries, schools and colleges. Operating at Band 6, you will use your experience of working with complex needs to provide specialist assessment and intervention that supports communication development and improves outcomes.

Undertake detailed speech, language and communication assessments for children and young people in community settings.

Develop, implement and review personalised therapy plans for individuals with complex needs.

Deliver intervention across a range of settings, including clinics, nurseries, schools and colleges.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, education staff and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Provide training, advice and strategies to families and professionals to support communication development.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
