Join Brent Council’s Adults’ Social Care team as a Qualified Social Worker, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with a range of care and support needs.

Conduct strengths-based assessments in line with the Care Act 2014, promoting independence, wellbeing, and dignity through tailored care planning.

Manage a caseload including older adults, people with physical or learning disabilities, and those with mental health needs, ensuring timely, proportionate interventions.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, health services, and voluntary sector partners to deliver integrated, outcome-focused support.

Address safeguarding concerns by undertaking enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act, contributing to multi-agency safeguarding processes where required.
