You will be confident supervising staff, managing competing priorities, and supporting service delivery
in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy (Degree/Diploma or equivalent).
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience within adult social care, reablement, or community settings.

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Care Act.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and support risk management.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and person-centred care.
  • Leadership or management experience desirable.
  • Experience in equipment, adaptations, or moving and handling desirable.
