As a Speech and Language Therapist with North East London NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention to paediatric clients with communication and swallowing needs. Working closely with children, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and deliver personalised therapy programmes that support speech, language development and safe swallowing.

Conduct detailed assessments of paediatric speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties.

Develop, implement and review tailored therapy plans to address individual needs.

Collaborate with families, carers and professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.

Provide training, advice and support to families, carers and colleagues on communication strategies and dysphagia management.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement within paediatric speech and language therapy.
