NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is looking for a qualified and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Adult service across inpatient and community settings. This role will focus on undertaking Best Interest Assessments and providing specialist occupational therapy within general medicine to support patient recovery and independence.

Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients and community patients

Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery and independence
-
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
-
Recommend and facilitate appropriate interventions, equipment, and adaptations to support safe daily living

Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes
