The role involves conducting Best Interest Assessments (BIA), providing equipment and adaptation recommendations, and delivering person-centered occupational therapy to promote independence and functional recovery.

Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) and provide individualized occupational therapy interventions for adult patients.

Assess and recommend equipment and home adaptations to support daily living and rehabilitation goals.

Work across inpatient, community, and rehab settings to optimize patient outcomes.

Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life.

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and professional growth.
