View JobWard Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
- Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Help to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Location:
Brentwood, Essex
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
