Recovery Co-Ordinators – Essex – 3 Vacancies
We are currently recruiting for 3 Recovery Co-Ordinators to join a new contract in Essex, supporting the PAIRS alcohol service commissioned by Essex County Council. Positions are available in the following locations:

Basildon (South Essex)

Colchester (North Essex)

Harlow (West Essex)
Key Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Ongoing

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
-
Pay: Flexible, dependent on experience and qualifications
-
DBS: Must be on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
-
Complete client assessments and recovery plans
-
Manage client caseloads and track progress
-
Deliver one-to-one and group interventions
-
Support clients in accessing education, employment, and wider services
-
Collaborate with partner organisations for coordinated care
-
Maintain professional and accurate records
-
Conduct outreach to promote service accessibility
Requirements:
-
Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or social care
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-focused approaches
