As an Occupational Therapist with North East London NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention within community rehabilitation services. Focusing on equipment provision and environmental adaptations, you will collaborate closely with service users, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to support independence and enhance quality of life.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional abilities and equipment needs.

Develop, implement and review personalised occupational therapy intervention plans centred on equipment and adaptations.

Work collaboratively with service users, carers and professionals to coordinate care and facilitate access to necessary equipment and support.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.

Provide education, advice and training to support patients, carers and colleagues in equipment use and adaptations.

Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement within the occupational therapy team.
