Job details: Intensive Rehab & Therapy Serv. The independent assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients in community rehab team, Equipment reasoning and ordering, use of recognisable outcome measures, family meetings. Skills/experience: Experience in NHS and post qualification as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the community and rehab setting. Car drivers would be required given the community role. Agile working in place. Working hours: shifts, 08.30 – 16.30. Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week. Would consider part time working minimum of 3 days (22.5 hours) dependent on experience.
