- Rehab Assistant required for Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service
- Car driver essential
- Support assessment, treatment and discharge planning within a community rehabilitation team
- Use recognised outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans
- Confident to manage and plan own caseload and treatment programmes
- NHS experience required
- Community and rehabilitation experience desirable
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30
