Support the delivery of rehabilitation programmes for adults in community settings.

Assist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other team members in providing therapy interventions.

Encourage and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to qualified staff.

Promote independence and wellbeing through structured activities and exercises.

Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
