Undertake statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, including child protection investigations, assessments, and care planning for children in need and those at risk.

Manage a varied caseload using strengths-based and trauma-informed practice, ensuring all interventions promote safety, stability, and long-term positive outcomes.

Work in close partnership with multi-agency professionals across health, education, and the voluntary sector to provide coordinated support and robust safeguarding.

Champion the voice of the child, ensuring their views are central to all decision-making and service delivery.
