Carry out statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989, including child in need assessments, child protection enquiries, and care proceedings.

Manage a diverse caseload, using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and young people.

Work closely with families and professionals from health, education, and other agencies to ensure coordinated, multi-agency support.

Ensure the voice of the child is at the centre of all planning and interventions, promoting their safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
