Carry out detailed occupational therapy mobility assessments for patients.

Develop, implement and review personalised intervention plans based on assessment outcomes and best practice.

Provide guidance and recommendations on mobility aids and adaptations to enhance independence.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service quality and development within the occupational therapy team.
