View JobWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join Betsi Cadwaladr University Local Health Board, providing physio-only services for adults across inpatient, acute, and community settings. The role includes supporting patients with general medicine and neurological conditions and conducting Best Interest Assessments (BIA) to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for adults with general medicine and neurological conditions.

Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) to inform safe and effective care plans.

Develop individualized care plans to enhance mobility, function, and independence.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and carers on exercises, mobility, and self-management strategies.

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and ongoing professional growth.
