Join a dedicated social work team as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW), delivering high-quality, person-centred services to individuals, families, and communities.

Undertake statutory assessments, care/support planning, and safeguarding responsibilities in line with key legislation such as the Children Act 1989, Care Act 2014, and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Manage a caseload appropriate to experience, working with vulnerable adults or children to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive long-term outcomes.

Build effective relationships with service users and work in partnership with families, carers, and professionals across health, education, housing, and the voluntary sector.

Apply a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, ensuring that the voice of the service user is central to all decision-making and planning.

Access a supportive working environment with regular supervision, CPD opportunities, flexible/hybrid working, and a clear focus on staff wellbeing and career progression.
