Provide strong leadership and professional supervision, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and promoting a culture of reflective, evidence-based practice.

Oversee a range of complex and high-risk cases, including child protection, court proceedings, and looked after children, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Champion a child-centred, trauma-informed approach, embedding the voice of the child in all planning, decision-making, and service delivery.

Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners to deliver integrated and outcome-focused services that prioritise safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
