Manage a complex caseload including child protection, court work, and looked-after children, ensuring timely and effective interventions in line with statutory duties under the Children Act 1989.

Provide mentorship, advice, and professional leadership to junior colleagues, promoting reflective practice and consistent standards across the team.

Use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to engage children and families, putting the child’s voice at the centre of all decision-making.
